12.12.10 – It’s not even Winter yet but the snow is piling up here in Helsinki, Finland. It snowed pretty hard the day before and even though it was a Saturday, snow removal crews were busy all over the city. The ice rink was unusable because there was a blanket of snow covering the entire rink. I woke up this morning and the rink was cleared so I guess the snow removal crews work 24/7 here.
