02.02.11 – My eye is drawn to Finnish franchises. Two of the shots are from popular franchises here in Helsinki. Picnic is a nice place for coffee and sandwiches. Wayne’s Coffee is a nice place for coffee and sandwiches. I need to look into these two companies. Who owns them? Why do they sell coffee and sandwiches? Why do I care?

wayne probably owns the one. as for the other, at least it isn’t owned by starbucks.
I guess Wayne’s is a Swedish owned chain and there is another chain called Robert’s which is a Finnish chain. No Starbucks in Finland. Not sure why.
