04.09.10 – If you need a place to stay in Helsinki and you’re not worried about spending money on a great place to stay (Kim, thinking of you! Ted and Jennifer too!), checkout the Hotel Katajanokka. The hotel is actually a renovated prison which was originally built in 1837 and functioned up until 2002. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk to the central market and take in the architecture of Katajanokka, a quiet park to relax, an excellent restaurant and a terrace when the weather permits. Check it out and then check in.
