23.12.10 – It was the kids first day out of school so we had a whole day to fill, unfortunately it was -20°C outside, so it was looking like a long day indoors. After too many hours playing video games and surfing the web, I talked Max into a walk out to Uunisaari to checkout the frozen coast. -20°C on the thermometer means -30°C with windchill and the wind was blowing pretty strong once we got out to the islands edge. Although our feet and bodies were nice and warm because we dressed well, my face which was exposed was killing me! I took a couple of quick photos and we headed back as fast as we could.
